Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback or opening a payment dispute will result in a permanent ban from ZGPlayz and any affiliated networks.

If you are banned from ZGPlayz for breaking the rules, you lose access to your purchased goods for the duration of the ban — the strict no-refund policy still applies.
